MARKET OPPORTUNITY

The outbreak of SARS and continuing concerns with other infectious diseases has highlighted the need for effective infection control. The worldwide market for infection control products is projected at ~$200 Billion USD. Hard surface disinfectants alone will command ~$10 Billion USD. ALDA is well positioned to expand its market for Viralex™ internationally, as well as introduce other infection control products already in the pipeline.

ALDA’s competitive advantage rests in its ability to completely denature and destroy infectious organisms using only non-toxic, non-corrosive and biodegradable ingredients. Some of ALDA’s competitors have had products banned because of corrosive or toxic chemicals.  ALDA intends to expand its marketing efforts to ensure corporate awareness and product recognition.
